Red Feather

I believe the red feather fabric is a reproduction of a Civil War print but I'm not sure. I had a lot of fun making my pentagon flowers. It was pure pleasure to mix the textures and see how they played off each other . . . and to mix the colors . . . red and red, red and white, red and brown, pink and white, pink and gray, and (perhaps my favorite of all) red and pink!

The original plan was to put these all together in one quilt, but for now, I'm enjoying looking at each one, one at a time.
