I've been dabbling with a new project that involves stars made with English paper piecing . . . and lots of fussy cuts. The diamonds are one inch on each side. I've not yet decided how I will join the stars but I'm considering something that uses 2-inch hexagons and more 1-inch diamonds.

OMG, they're so CUTE!!! I love the idea of joining them with hexes. Please do it! In your Voluminous Spare Time, of course. Do post pix when you do. How exquisite these will look hitched together.
