We had a jewelry marathon going here this week. I'll start by showing two bracelets I repaired. Both bracelets had been loved to death and needed new elastic.
The other bracelet is from the Rubin Museum of Art gift shop, New York City which has a great selection of gifts and books. The square beads are made from bone. I changed the spacers to make the bracelet just a smidge bigger. The original spacers were wooden spheres. These replacements looks like slices of tiny twigs...possibly cherry.
