D13 - Field of Dreams is one of two blocks made with batik fabric. I'm still considering remaking it because the color is so dark that it might be distracting. I'm holding off on the final decision because this block is at the end of a row making it easy to remove and replace. What do you think? Should I go for it, or does it balance some of the other blocks made with intense reds and other strong colors? If I remake it, I may also use something other than ivory in the center . . . maybe a light print. What do you think?
