Iris' Medallion

I10 - Iris' Medallion was made long ago. I don't know when. I do recall loving the fabric (just as much as I do today), and enjoying cutting the fussy cuts and handpiecing the block. Things just fell into place. Looking at it now, I'm wondering how I sequenced the piecing and wish I had taken photos of the process.

I used this fabric in another colorway -- red and cream -- for another Dear Jane block, E4 - Buffalo Tree Hopper. This block also appears in one of my virtual Valentine quilts, here.
