Father's Day

I love this shot. My father is positioning the tassel on my cap before we head to one of my graduations. He was pinning the tassel in place -- something he routinely did as a photographer. Notice his hair; he had long hair before the Beatles!

This shot reminds me of my confidence in my father's ability to get thing right, his attention to detail, his pleasure in helping others, his pleasant ways, and his gently-playful nature. I sure do miss him.
